Quality Assurance and Machine Redundancy
Testing and measuring the critical features for each part we make is job one. Quality assurance is a shop-wide ethic and our dedicated metrology staff supports the entire production process.
Machine redundancy is paramount for guaranteed results and dependability. Our Metrology department is no different. Protofab has 2 fully equipped inspection labs. The 2 labs, coming in at just over 700 square feet of dedicated floor space, is a testament that quality is an integral part of our manufacturing process. Repeat jobs are tooled up and utilize the Erowa style pallet and fixture system across all our Zeiss CMM’s
